We may collect contact information including name, email address, user name and password for access to the “Parents” login section of the website only.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to provide you with a better service, and in particular for internal record keeping.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  However we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet.

After gaining access to the “Parents” login section, you may not divulge your username or password to anyone.  Please always remember to log out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished using them.  This ensures that others cannot access your personal data especially when using a shared or public access computer terminal.

The username and password allocated to any parent/carer (other than staff members and members of the Nursery Board of Directors) whose child no longer attends Nursery will be disabled after the child leaves Nursery.  The Nursery reserves the right at any time and without notice to suspend access to the “Parents” login section by any person and for any reason, which it, in its sole discretion, deems justified.

How we use cookies
